Postcode district boundary data is © Wikipedia contributors, available under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License.

User-Generated Content

By submitting a review or comment on the Site, you grant BestPlaceUK a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and moderate your content. You retain ownership of your content.

Review guidelines: Reviews must be honest, based on personal experience, and free from hate speech, spam, or personally identifiable information about others. Reviews that violate these guidelines may be removed.

Account termination: We reserve the right to mute or block accounts that repeatedly violate these guidelines. Muted users can browse but cannot submit reviews. Blocked users cannot sign in.

Account deletion: You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Your reviews will remain visible but attributed to "Former resident" with all personal data removed.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
